Fascinated in modelling functional metal-organic fragments, particularly stabilizing organic radicals coordinated to transition metal ions in substantiating their role in multi-component electron transfer, aromatic ring cleavage, C-H activation, redox cascade, concerted proton-electron transfer (CPET) reactions, furnishing mixed valence system based on metal and ligand skeletons and catalysis.
